Our roasted coffee

The roasting of coffee is the cooking action, of the driver, so as to turn the green coffee bean into a roasted coffee bean. The material used for cooking is called roaster. If, formerly, roasted families of their coffee themselves, this fundamental operation is now a matter of specialists. Today, the roaster, or master roaster, heats the green coffee bean to turn it into a brown grain of 800 aromatic molecules.
